A handwritten letter from Tupac Shakur to a friend circa 1996 has been unearthed, revealing plans for a major collaboration with Outkast, Scarface, E-40, Buckshot, the Outlawz, Greg Nice and Smif-n-Wessun. Aside from the all-star hip-hop celebrity roster, the project, titled ONE NATION, would have been huge for uniting the infamously divided East, West and South regions of 90s hip-hop. Questlove confirmed the letter’s validity to Okayplayer, saying that The Roots had been approached to join on the album as well.
