It is being reported by the Miami Herald that one of the stages currently being erected for tomorrow’s Ultra Music Festival has collapsed, leaving several people trapped in the wreckage. Miami Fire Rescue reported to the scene at around 8:00pm and transfered victims to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.

The extent of injury is currently unknown. More information to come as it is reported from Live For Live Music.

Update: According the the Herald, lighting equipment fell during the setup. Sources at the scene tell Live For Live Music an LED display fell onto the victims during soundcheck.

Up to four people may have injured, with potentially two critical injuries. Victims have been transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.

Update #2: Ultra Music Festival has released an official statement:
“Today (Thursday, March 14) as preparations were being made for this weekend’s Ultra Music Festival, a section of an LED screen fell and injured two workers. Fire Rescue was on site so there was a rapid response. Festival organizers are working with, and supporting, authorities as they investigate the details behind the accident.”
