In the midst of their three-night Red Rocks Amphitheatre blowout, Umphrey’s McGee revealed their upcoming New Year’s plans.
Umphrey’s McGee will offer up a four-night run at Denver, CO’s Fillmore Auditorium, set for December 27th, 28th, 30th, and 31st, 2019. Last year saw the Chicago rockers ring in the New Year with a four-night run at The Tabernacle in Atlanta, Georgia. The band last played the Fillmore over New Year’s in 2017.
As the band notes in their official announcement,
Umphrey’s McGee considers Colorado a second home, and we are stoked to return to the Front Range for our annual New Year’s Run celebration. For our upcoming four-night run at the Fillmore Auditorium, we will be performing December 27th and 28th, taking a day to recharge on the 29th (’cause we’re all old like Joel now), and then hit the stage twice more on the 30th and, of course, the 31st to ring in 2020.
umVIP will carefully curate four different package options for those of you wanting to take your New Year’s Run to eleven. With accomadtions at The Four Seasons, dedicated transportation, and prime viewing areas, this is sure to be the best run yet!
