Umphrey’s McGee is heading to Atlanta, Georgia to celebrate New Year’s Eve with a four-night run at The Tabernacle. Each broadcast will be available for purchase individually or as a discounted bundle.
Umphrey’s McGee will perform three sets with Mad Dog’s Filthy Little Secret Horn Section On New Year’s Eve (December 31st). Ahead of the big celebration, UM will be joined by Memphis, TN’s rising stars Southern Avenue on Friday, December 28th; Brooklyn-based instrumental rock-fusion quartet TAUK on Saturday, December 29th; And Vulfpeck cohorts Cory Wong and Antwaun Stanley on Sunday, December 30th.
There will also be a series of late-night shows to follow Umphrey’s McGee’s Tabernacle run. On Friday, December 28th, the synthwave sextet, Doom Flamingo, featuring Umphrey’s bassist Ryan Stasik, will play Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse after the main event. Supergroup TAUKing McGee featuring TAUK and members of Umphrey’s McGee will play the Cotton Club at The Tabernacle the following night, Saturday, December 29th.
