Van Ghost Releases Track With Members Of TAB, Nth Power, Big Gigantic & More

Van Ghost, the alt-country/rock project of Michael Berg, Jennifer Hartswick & Natalie Cressman (Trey Anastasio Band), Nick Cassarino (The Nth Power), Chris Chew (The Word/North Mississippi Allstars), Chris Gelubda, Grant Tye and John Staten (Pimps of Joytime/Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe), is on the heels of a forthcoming album release, The Ghost Unit. Today they released the first single off the album, a massive collaboration with members of Big Gigantic, Matisyahu‘s band and more. Stream and download the smooth, soulful, funky track below.

The Ghost Unit is taken from sessions recorded at The Barn in Vermont, the recording studio on Trey Anastasio’s property where influential bands and artists like Phish, Umphrey’s McGee, Béla Fleck, John Medeski and Jerry Douglas have recorded. (It’s also on the cover of Phish’s Farmhouse).
