Today, Vulfpeck shared the in-studio video from the band’s recording session of “Grandma” on 2017’s Mr. Finish Line. As one of the many collaborative tracks from the album, “Grandma” features legendary session guitarist David T. Walker, session drummer James Gadson, and cellist Gabe Noel. The song was written by frequent collaborator Joey Dosik, who also plays the Wurlitzer on the track. Antwaun Stanley, known for his powerful vocals on Vulf staples “1612”, “Wait For The Moment”, and “Funky Duck”, provided vocals on the heart-warming song, with Theo Katzman on guitar, Woody Goss on the organ, and Joe Dart on the Fender bass.
