During his solo acoustic set at Island Exodus 7 in Negril, Jamaica on Sunday evening, Warren Haynes treated the Mule faithful to a performance of his 2015 studio album Ashes & Dust in it’s entirety. While the album was recorded in conjunction with Americana newgrass band Railroad Earth and received a contribution from singer Grace Potter on a Fleetwood Mac cover, the stripped-down, one man approach was a nice surprise for the Exodus crowd, including a sit-in from Jackie Greene on Fleetwood’s “Gold Dust Woman.”
