Warren Haynes took a turn from his typical blues-influenced Southern rockin’ style in 2015, releasing the Celtic-folk inspired Ashes & Dust record (Read the review here) with the members of Railroad Earth earlier this year. Following a tour with the guys from RRE, Haynes formed his own band, the Ashes & Dust Band, and has been hitting the road with them ever since.

Warren Haynes Talks Grateful Dead, Allman Brothers, Gov’t Mule And More

Comprised of the bluegrass band ChessBoxer and drummer Jeff Sipe, Mr. Haynes has been dazzling audiences with his new, bluegrass oriented music. Fans of the guitarist will have another chance to see the Ashes & Dust Band, as Haynes has just announced a winter 2016 tour! Looks like the Ashes & Dust won’t be going anywhere, any time soon!
