Warren Haynes and his Ashes & Dust Band (Chessboxer and drummer Jeff Sipe) are currently on tour in Europe right now, and despite the horrific acts perpetrated in Paris over the weekend, Haynes has decided to push on through and finish the tour. After understandably canceling their appearance in Paris on Sunday night, Haynes and the Ashes & Dust band played an emotional show at Le Kursaal in Limbourg, Belgium last night.

Haynes appropriately opened with an instrumental version of John Lennon’s “Imagine,” attempting to shed some light on these dark times. He went on to offer up a cover of George Harrison’s “Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth).” Amidst tunes from the Ashes & Dust record, Haynes dusted off covers of the Grateful Dead’s “Crazy Fingers,” Little Feat’s “Skin It Back” and the Allman Brothers’ “Blue Sky,” “Soulshine,” and “Jessica.”
