On New Year’s Eve, Pink Talking Fish opened for The Werks to celebrate 2016 at The Madison Theater in Covington, KY. Pink Talking Fish had played there one day prior, warming things up with their Animals-inspired performance. With both The Werks and PTF in tow, the bands got to work celebrating New Year’s in style!
Certainly one of the highlights of the show came during the Werks’ set, when members of PTF joined in for a surprisingly glorious cover of “2001.” The Deodato instrumental comes to life in this incredible rendition, and you can watch below:
