When Marc Brownstein told Live for Live Music that his band had something secret and special for New Year’s Eve, no one knew quite what to believe. Indeed, The Disco Biscuits hit the PlayStation Theater for the second night of their four-night stand, opening up with a traditional set that featured some great work on songs like “Little Lai” and “7-11.”

After a New Year’s countdown within “Hot Air Balloon” to open up the second set, jams like “Helicopters” and “Feeling Twisted” kept the party grooving right along. Watch the countdown below:

Night One: The Disco Biscuits Play Fan-Selected Setlists For Dazzling NYE Opener

It wasn’t until the third set, however, when the Biscuits really got into the theme of the evening. Situated in front of a projector screen, the Biscuits live-scored their jams to the movie Tron. Check out some of the improvised jamming below:

“Helicopters” closed out the final set, also synchronized to the movie, with “Highwire” closing out the night in style. The Biscuits will return to PlayStation tonight and tomorrow night, so don’t miss any of the action! Setlist below:
