Brothers in Boognish Dean Ween (Mickey Melchiondo) and Gene Ween (Aaron Freeman) will sail Brown Bay to Hershey, PA for Chocolatetown, a three-night Ween destination festival at Hersheypark Stadium on July 22nd–24th, 2022.

For the inaugural Chocolatetown, Ween will offer a variety of lodging packages at the Hersheypark on-site resort. Fans can choose from the Your Party package, with a suite at the Hershey Lodge; the Up On Th’ Hill package, featuring a room at The Hotel Hershey; or the It’s Gonna Be A Long Night package, which secures a spot at the Hersheypark Camping Resort for RV, car camping, or tent options. Other ticket-only options available for daily attendees include Hey There Fancypants VIP and Sorry Charlie GA packages.

Ween will perform nightly at the Hersheypark Stadium on the grounds of the amusement park, with the resort offering The Stallion shuttle service to and from each night’s performance. Along with lodging and tickets to the show, each travel package will include admittance to Hersheypark for the weekend.

This announcement comes after Ween made numerous additions to its summer tour, including a two-night run at Atlantic City, NJ’s Borgata Hotel Casino and resort on June 10th and 11th. The band, which also features bassist Dave Dreiwitz, drummer Claude Coleman Jr., and keyboardist Glenn McClelland, then tacked on a show at Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT on the 9th. Ween will also take part in the August 10th South Park 25th Anniversary Concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO alongside Primus and the show’s creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

This will mark the first destination event for the New Hope, PA natives. Located just 100 miles from where the Boognish first reared its demonic head, the Ween Chocolatetown destination event is about as close 2 your fantasy as one can get. For more information and ticketing details, head here.
