Weezer has announced their long-rumored upcoming album, The Black Album, with little detail beyond the album’s title released as of press time. The band has shared the first single off the album though, “Can’t Knock The Hustle”, accompanied by a music video starring “River Wentz”, better known as Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz.
Pete Wentz stars in the “Can’t Knock The Hustle” video as a driver for a rideshare service. As he’s working, a couple begins fighting in his car, which eventually ends up with a trip to the hospital. Along with the video, Weezer released a brand-new website dubbed HastaLuegoAdios.com, which contains a phone number for the fake company. Curious Weezer fans can text the number and receive a contact verification form and a message. This is the band’s clever way of slowly revealing more information on the upcoming The Black Album, as they keep fans anxiously on their toes.
