In a statement about the single, Wynonna exclaimed: “They say that when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Robert Weir showed up in my life just in time! And I am so very thankful to have yet another opportunity to celebrate our musical gifts together!!”

Throughout the studio recording, Wynonna infuses “Ramble On Rose” with her country music flavor and quality harmonies with Weir. Additionally, Weir’s guitar is prominent, helping to give the Dead staple fresh life while maintaining its original essence.
