Five-piece bluegrass outfit Yonder Mountain String Band has announced an 18-date spring tour, with Horseshoes & Hand Grenades, Fireside Collective, and Dangermuffin offering support on select tour dates. YMSB recently celebrated a triumphant milestone, as the band played their 2000th show last year.
Yonder Mountain String Band will kick off their spring tour with a performance at Iowa City, IA’s Blue Moose Tap House on March 7th, followed by stops at Minneapolis, MN’s First Avenue (3/8); Madison, WI’s The Sylvee (3/9); Chicago, IL’s Thalia Hall (3/10); Cincinnati, OH’s 20th Century Theater (3/13); Indianapolis, IN’s Vogue Theatre (3/14); Cleveland, OH’s House of Blues (3/15); State College, PA’s State Theatre (3/16); and Charleston, WV’s Mountain Stage Radio Show on March 17th.
Following a 10-day break, the band will pick things back up at Pensacola, FL’s Vinyl Music Hall on March 27th, followed by performances at New Orleans, LA’s Tipitina’s (3/28); Austin, TX’s Historic Scoot Inn (3/29); Dallas, TX’s Granada Theater (3/30); Santa Fe, NM’s Meow Wolf (4/2); Flagstaff, AZ’s Orpheum Theater (4/4); Los Angeles, CA’s Troubadour (4/5); Solana Beach, CA’s Belly Up (4/6); and a tour-closing show at Santa Barbara, CA’s Soho Restaurant & Music Venue on April 7th.
