Last night, Nigel Hall brought the funk to Tipitina’s. Celebrating the release of his new solo album, Ladies and Gentlemen… Nigel Hall, the emphatic soul singer and keyboardist packed the place and brought the fans to their knees.

The new album, produced by Soulive/Lettuce guitarist Eric Krasno, features a number of notable sit-ins, including spots from Questlove, Ivan Neville and more! While they weren’t at Tipitina’s last night, the crowd certainly had no trouble enjoying the festivities with a top-notch performance.

On hand to accompany Mr. Hall was an extraordinary cast of musicians: Eric Vogel (bass), Jamison Ross (drums), Robin Barnes and Vegas Cola (backing vocals), Eric “Benny” Bloom (trumpet), Brad Walker (sax), Derwin “Big D” Perkins (guitar), Donnie Sundal (keys and vocals), and Bill Summers (percussion)!
