What is typically a nice, little bluegrass festival down in Cumberland, MD, DelFest struck gold today with their full lineup announcement and landing the Trey Anastasio Band for two sets.  The four-day festival will take place over Memorial Day weekend from May 23rd-26th, and will boast acts like The Del McCoury Band, Yonder Mountain String Band, Old Crow Medicine Show, and a bluegrass supergroup of sorts called The Masters of Bluegrass, which is made up of Del McCoury, Bobby Osborne, J.D. Crowe, Bobby Hicks, and Jerry McCoury.

Other acts that have been announced for DelFest 2013 include Trampled by Turtles, The Infamous Stringdusters, The Travelin’ McCoury’s, Greensky Bluegrass, The Campbell Brothers, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, Carolina Chocolate Drops, and more.  Early Bird tickets for DelFest are currently on-sale, you can purchase them here.

Here is Del McCoury dedicating a song to Ernie Anastasio (Trey’s Dad) who was sitting in the crowd at last year’s DelFest.  The song is called “Beauty in My Dreams”:
