2015 was an explosive year for the Alabama Shakes, receiving a number of accolades for their sophomore album, Sound & Color. Powered by the one and only Brittany Howard, the group will continue rocking in 2016, as they’ve just revealed a fresh batch of spring tour dates!
The new dates will see the Shakes kick things off at the Ascend Amphitheater on April 21st in Nashville, TN, before staying in the Southeast for an extended string of eight shows total. The band has also revealed two additional dates, one in Bend, OR on May 27th and one in Burnaby, BC the following day, May 28th.
The full tour schedule can be seen below, and tickets will be available via the band’s website. With additional appearances scheduled at festivals like Sasquatch!, Hangout, and Forecastle, 2016 is only getting bigger and better for the Alabama Shakes!
