Bill Kreutzmann recently announced the formation of TryptoBand, a post-Thanksgiving musical celebration with David Nelson, Barry Sless, Reed Mathis and Jason Crosby. The band performed a one-off show at Zodiac’s in Petaluma, CA, yesterday (Tuesday, December 2nd), mainly covering Grateful Dead and Dave Nelson Band tunes, however, the group slipped a cover of “Back On The Train” by Phish into the mix.

The band also dedicated The Dead’s “He’s Gone” to saxophonist Bobby Keys, who passed away earlier that day. A video stream is available below, with the Phish cover starting around the 24-minute mark. Here’s the full setlist and stream:
