Equifunk Escape, which will be held at the Full Moon Resort in Big Indian, NY (just 2 hours north of New York City), celebrates with an all-night New Year’s Eve affair with Kung Fu, Deep Banana Blackout, and Relative Souls. If you are looking to stay on site, packages are available and include room and board, dinner, access to the performances, and brunch the following day.

Your first and most important New Years resolution: staying funky. Let Kung Fu and Deep Banana Blackout help you ring in 2015 on the right foot — or rather, both dancin’ feet. Kung Fu will bring their electro-fusion funk to the party, getting you grooving through 70s-style and modern day funk straight into the new year. New Orleans style jazz-funk outfit Deep Banana Blackout will continue to lay down the funk through the wee hours of the morning, Equifunk-style.

In addition to top-notch musical performances, attendees can anticipate many interactive activities hosted by the bands themselves. Indulge in a band-hosted champagne toast, meet and greets and poster signings held in casual settings throughout the weekend, brunch with Kung Fu, and more fun activities TBA.

Full Moon Resort is a year-round mountain resort located in the heart of the “Forever Wild” Catskill Forest Preserve in upstate New York.
