For the lucky few who were able to buy travel packages from CID Entertainment, kudos. It seems the supply of travel packages, which was recently updated by CID, sold out in mere minutes, leaving a majority of fans disappointed with the whole process.
First, people had trouble connecting to the CID website in general, receiving various forms of error messages including the one pictured above, with an unexplainable “Guru Meditation” code. For those who had the wherewithal to refresh through to the CID page, many of them saw the message that there was no longer availability for the type of room they requested.
And finally, a good portion of those who did get through to the Ticketmaster page saw the following error message:
