Earlier this weekend, Kung Fu hosted their 4th annual Toys for Tots Holiday Spectacular at Toad’s Place, in New Haven, CT. The two-day event saw performances from Twiddle, Consider the Source and more.

One of the more intriguing sets from the show was the band’s scheduled performance of Steely Dan’s famous 1976 album, The Royal Scam. Kung Fu recruited a group of guest musicians, including Steely Dan guitarist Jon Herington and drummer Bernard Purdie. Full audio from the performance has emerged, via Archive.org and taper mkdevo.
