New Orleans funk rockers Galactic have announced a fresh batch of tour dates in November, taking them across a stretch of the Southeast. With a busy touring schedule in place already, the band added dates in Jackson, Miss., Birmingham, Ala., Ashville, N.C., at the historic Georgia Theater in Athens, Georgia before concluding the run at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta.
The band is currently in the midst of playing a variety of festivals across the globe including the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan. They are also set to play a four-night run at the Brooklyn Bowl in August featuring a variety of special guests including Leo Nocentelli of The Meters, Chali 2na of Jurassic Five and many more.
Tickets for this latest group of announced shows are set to go on-sale Friday, July 10 at 10 a.m. local time.
