Gregg Allman Is Out Of The Hospital, According To Son Devon Allman

Just a few days ago, Gregg Allman scared fans with a series of show cancellations, which eventually led to the full cancellation of the remainder of his summer tour. Citing “serious health problems,” Allman was checked into the Mayo Clinic and ultimately cancelled all of his tour dates through October, including the Laid Back Festival, Peach Festival, and a run of shows with ZZ Top.

Fortunately, a new update shows that Allman is out of the hospital and on the mend. To prove how well he’s doing, Allman’s son Devon posted a photo of his father drinking a milkshake after leaving the hospital. While Allman never announced what was ailing him, we are just glad to hear that he’s doing ok, and that he’s on the road to recovery.
