Guitarist Jack White recently announced that he would be playing five acoustic shows in states that he has not previously performed in, prior to announcing a hiatus from the road. The first such show has been announced at the University of Alaska, Anchorage, and it goes down tonight!
The recent announcement also stated that ticket prices would be a mere $3.00. Tickets will most likely move quickly (even in Alaska!), so anyone in the area is certainly encouraged to head to the Wendy Williamson Auditorium to purchase tickets. They go on sale at 12 pm AKDT, and White takes the stage at 8:30 PM.
