Funk band Lettuce has had a breakout 2014, playing at venues across the country and gracing the stages at some well-known festivals, including Austin City Limits and, most recently, Bear Creek Music and Arts Festival. Now, the group finally returns to New York, playing two nights at the Brooklyn Bowl on December 5th and 6th!

Dubbed “Lettuce Bowl,” the two shows mark Lettuce’s first hometown performance since their SOLD OUT Halloween show at Terminal 5. The band hit the road hard this fall, and were awesome enough to post tour updates on our website. If you didn’t get a chance to see them on tour, be sure to keep tabs on this band in the future, as they’re currently in the studio working on a new album which will absolutely funkify 2015!

Lettuce is a tight-knit group, comprised of Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff (guitar), Nigel Hall (vocals), Neal Evans (keyboards), Adam Deitch (drums/percussion), Jesus Coomes (bass), Ryan Zoidis (saxophone), and Eric “Benny” Bloom (trumpet). Incorporating hip-hop and a wide-range of funk-soul influences, Lettuce’s live shows are known to be absolute ragers!

Lettuce Bowl is set for Friday December 5th and Saturday December 6th, at the Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets are still available here for a limited time, so be sure to come down and funk out! Look out for official after party announcements from L4LM coming soon.
