For fans of hard rock-inspired jamming, the current tour with Umphrey’s McGee and TAUK has been something of a dream come true. Two nights ago at the  State Theatre in Portland, ME, the two bands finally crossed paths on stage, as UM welcomed TAUK drummer Isaac Teel to add his percussive sound to a second-set ending “Booth Love.”

The show also featured the bust-out cover of “E.T.I.” by Blue Oyster Cult, which hadn’t been seen in 276 shows. The band also wrapped up the performance with a back-to-back “In The Flesh > Another Brick In The Wall” as the encore, paying tribute to Pink Floyd with two of the band’s iconic songs from the 1979 album The Wall.
