Rather than announce their entire lineup at once, Lockn’ Festival has been revealing individual artists on a daily basis intermittently for the past few months. Now, the fest is taking a whole new approach, revealing the remaining performing artists one letter at a time.

Lockn’ has started the individual letter announcements with an “L,” leaving fans wondering what that L will spell. Will it be Lotus? Lettuce? The Rolling Stones? Fare Thee Well? Nickelback? Since Lockn’ announcements are in all-caps, we have no way of knowing whether this L is the first letter or in the middle of a word.

Festival promoter Peter Shapiro discussed the new promotional tactic, saying “If we only release one letter per day, then we can conceivably keep this going on a daily basis until the festival kicks off in September.”

“L” will join a lineup that includes Widespread Panic, Umphrey’s McGee, String Cheese Incident, Gov’t Mule, and more.
