Long Lines And Bad Weather Plague Phases Of The Moon Festival

Bad weather, long lines, and delays seem to be a major issue at Phases of the Moon Festival. According to the festival, due to the bad weather, they were not letting cars in last night and asked would-be car campers to park at the airport and take a shuttle to the festival in the morning. Festival-goers do not seem too pleased on social media:
