Madonna is apparently furious over the unauthorized leaks of “unfinished demos stolen long ago and not ready to be presented to the world.” Oh No They Didn’t revealed the leak, and the fact that the Material Girl has been in the studio for the better part of 2014 recording new materials with the help of producers such as Avicii, Diplo, Natalia Kills and Ryan Tedder. The album will supposedly be titled Unapologetic Bitch or Iconic.
Madonna took to Instagram and Facebook to thank fans for their “loyalty” and for “not listening” to the unreleased material (which you know they already did), then made another post likening the release of the unfinished material to “artistic rape” and calling it a “form of terrorism”: “This is artistic rape!! These are early leaked demo’s half of which wont even make it on my album the other half have changed and evolved. This is a form of terrorism. Wtf!!!! Why do people want to destroy artistic process??? Why steal? Why not give me the opportunity to finish and give you my very best?” That post seems to have been taken down.
