A brand new TV show called “nugs.net Live Stash” will soon air on MTV Live, pairing the captured video content of nugs.net with the TV platform of MTV’s Live channel. The show seems to be geared around live performances, with a specific interest in the jam scene, as the first two scheduled episodes feature The Disco Biscuits and Widespread Panic.

The first episode will air this Sunday, October 2nd at 9 PM Eastern, and will highlight footage from the Biscuits’ performance at Camp Bisco on July 16th. Take a look at the trailer for the show below, as shared by the Biscuits.

Right now, only two episodes appear on the MTV Live schedule, including the series premiere with the Biscuits this weekend and an episode on October 9th featuring Widespread Panic at Red Rocks on July 25th. The trailer above also features footage of Dead & Company and moe., so it’s a safe bet that they’ll be featured in future episodes. Considering how many bands they work with, the nugs.net stash is sure to fuel this show for many, many episodes to come.

Regardless, it’s very cool that a jam-centric program is coming to a major cable network. Don’t miss the premiere this weekend!
