Due to the unfortunate cancellation of Bob Weir & RatDog’s tour, Phases of the Moon Festival has added Grace Potter & The Nocturnals to their lineup, and have also added a second set from String Cheese Incident. SCI will play on both September 11 and 12, and Grace Potter will perform on Friday September 12th as well.
Since the festival has added two sets in lieu of Bob Weir, they have stated that they will not be refunding any tickets. They posted the following news announcement:
We are all disappointed about the cancellation of Bob Weir and Ratdog’s scheduled appearance at Phases of the Moon and wish him the very best. In the meantime we want everyone to know that we are hard at work filling that slot on the schedule with a great artist. Stay tuned for the announcement coming soon.
Phases of the Moon is proud to offer four days filled with music, art and great experiences for all in beautiful setting. With that in mind, there will be no refunds available as a result of the Bob Weir & Ratdog cancellation. #seeyouatphases!
The festival lineup is filled with many L4LM-favorites, including Widespread Panic, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gov’t Mule, Leon Russell, Galactic, Robert Randolph & The Family Band, Kung Fu, and many more. The festival is held in Danville, IL, from September 11 – 14. Tickets are still available via the official Phases of the Moon website.
