A recently released video from Pigeons Playing Ping Pong shows the Baltimore-born funk outfit performing their psychedelic number, “Sunny Day,” off of 2014’s Psychology. The pro-shot video was captured by nugz.tv back in the winter, when the group hit the Boulder Theatre on Saturday, January 28th during their two-night stint in Colorado with Dopapod. “Sunny Day” fell during the beginning of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong’s set in Boulder, marking the second song of the evening following their opening number, “Burning Up My Time.” From there, the group moved into a massive “Poseidon” sandwich that saw tastes of “Jessica” and later “Horizons” worked in between returns to the number.
