Prince is opening his Paisley Park Studio space in Minnesota this Saturday, October 5th, for a concert featuring both his old New Power Generation backing band, and his new all female 3rd Eye Girl project. There will be a $50 donation required at the door, and there are no advanced tickets. Doors open at 9.
Prince last opened Paisley Park to the public in 2009 for an epic late night jam session. 3rd Eye Girl drummer Hannah Ford recently discussed the show with City Search, explaining “This one is moreso like a spur-of-the-moment event to spend time with our community and throw a big concert for everybody, and show off some of the stuff we’re working on.”
