Guitarist Rich Robinson has announced a series of performances at Applehead Recording & Production Studios in Woodstock, NY on August 19th-21st as part of the venue’s Woodstock Sessions concert series. Billed as Rich Robinson & Friends, Rich will be joined by fellow former Black Crowes members Marc Ford and Sven Pipien, as well as more special guests to be announced soon.

Applehead Studios, located within a 17-acre farm in the upstate NY town, will provide an intimate setting for the shows, with attendees promised seated close to the band, in-show dinner service, and actual interaction with Robinson during the performance. The August 21 date will also include a seminar moderated by guitarist/journalist Andy Aledort of Guitar World

And if all that’s not enough, each attendee will receive a 180 gram audiophile-level vinyl pressing of the eventual Woodstock Sessions release, as well as event t-shirts, posters, and access to all digital media produced during the day’s festivities. You can purchase tickets to the event here.
