Sonic Youth Will Reissue Bad Moon Rising For 30th Anniversary

Iconic rock band Sonic Youth will reissue a deluxe version of Bad Moon Rising for the album’s 30th anniversary.

The reissue will include two bonus tracks, “Satan is Boring” and “Echo Canyon.” The album is due out April 14th and will be available on CD as well as a 2xLP vinyl edition.

Sonic Youth were a staple of the New York underground punk-rock scene until they broke up in 2011, shortly after key members Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore announced they were getting a divorce after 27 years of marriage.
