For the first time in 15 years, surviving members of The Doors will perform together. Titled “A Celebration For Ray Manzarek,” the newly-announced concert will feature the reunion of John Densmore and Robby Krieger, performing with an all-star band in honor of the group’s late keyboardist.

Manzarek passed away in 2013, and the tribute will serve as a fine honor for one of the best keyboardists ever. Imagine having to keep up with Jim Morrison on a nightly basis!

The all-star performance will feature contributions from Rami Jaffee (Foo Fighters), Stephen Perkins (Jane’s Addiction), Robert DeLeo (Stone Temple Pilots), John Doe and Exene (X). Held on February 12th at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, this is sure to be a one of a kind celebration of all things Doors.
