Watch All-Female Band Ft. Nicki Bluhm, Elliott Peck Cover ‘The Weight’

Last week, acclaimed photographer Jay Blakesberg celebrated the release of his new book Hippie Chick at the Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, CA. Terrapin proprietor, and Grateful Dead bassist, Phil Lesh lended his talents to the release party, but the real star of the show was the Hippie Chick Band.

The band featured the talents of Nicki Bluhm, Elliott Peck, Victoria George, Paige Clem, Jeannette Ferber, The Shook Twins and so many more! Check out these lovely ladies performing a version of “The Weight” by The Band below:
