Just a couple weeks ago, we debuted the first video in our collaboration with a uniquely glorious series called the Bloody Sunday Sessions, featuring the Wood Brothers performing the classic song “I Got Loaded” on a carriage through the streets of New Orleans. Today, we’re honored to premiere the second Bloody Sunday Session video in this new series, featuring the one and only bluesman Taj Mahal on the streets of The Big Easy!

Enjoy his performance of “Queen Bee,” through Dauphine Street in New Orleans, below:

Sound engineer and producer, Eric Heigle, thought of the idea on his balcony, while living in the oldest apartment building in the United States. Watching the carriages pass by during breaks from a home studio recording session, it seemed only logical to put the two together. Add some Bloody Mary’s to the mix, and the rest is history in the making.

Stay tuned to L4LM for more Bloody Sunday Sessions!
