Beloved group Dopapod returned to their hometown last weekend, playing three nights at The Sinclair in Cambridge, MA. The band has been on a tear as of late, with a handful of new songs under their belt and hopefully more to come.

Among the many highlights of the three-night run was a surprise sit-in from Berklee College of Music professor Danny Morris, who joined Dopapod on bass for a cover of Frank Zappa’s 1974 hit, “Apostrophe.” The energy was through the roof for this power-packed celebration of Zappa, with the tight-knit Dopapod pulling the song off exceptionally well.
