Though Desert Trip already concluded a week ago, three of its six legendary performers were connected through one musical moment at last night’s Bridge School Benefit at the Shoreline Amphitheater last night. Festival host Neil Young was on hand throughout the night, and joined Pink Floyd’s own Roger Waters for a set-closing rendition of Bob Dylan’s “Forever Young.”

The show was only accentuated by the presence of My Morning Jacket on as Waters’ backing band – a collaboration that Waters has used for past, acoustically-driven performances. The show also featured GE Smith on guitar and Lucius joining for backup vocals, adding to the magic of the set.

Waters would only play seven songs in total, and most of them classics from the Pink Floyd catalog. Bringing out Young was the icing on the cake, as the two joined up and covered the recent Nobel laureate, Bob Dylan. Watch the magic below, courtesy of Roel van Dijk on YouTube.

Waters will return to the Bridge School Benefit tonight for a final performance. You can see the full setlist, below.
