Last week, we posted an article about Susan Sarandon leading a funeral procession for the famed LSD scientist Timothy Leary at Burning Man. The ceremony included the scattering of Leary’s ashes, which were bequeathed to Sarandon back in 1996 after Leary passed away. The whole service, including Sarandon’s speech and procession to the Totem of Confessions, which was built on-site, were captured by Future Eyes TV.
As a fair warning, this video is NSFW, featuring a hearty helping of naked hippies in Black Rock Desert. All in all, this was quite the moving service. Check out the full footage below:
