Currently in the midst of a heart-pounding spring tour, Widespread Panic has hit the ground running throughout the first part of 2016. The band has been touring relentless, breathing fire into their originals – new and old – as well as some choice covers.

This was no exception back in February, when the band hit the Chrysler Hall Theatre in Norfolk, VA. There, they busted out a potent cover of Jimi Hendrix’s “Machine Gun,” with furious guitarwork from the one and only Jimmy Herring. The band brought the tune into War’s “Four Cornered Room” for an unbelievable 15 minutes of music.
