UPDATE: The pay-per-view webcasts are now available via this link.

Anyone who didn’t get a ticket to “Fare Thee Well” has been waiting for this announcement…

A report in Rolling Stone, published today, promises that all five Grateful Dead performances will be webcasted “via an as-yet-unannounced online streaming platform.” That includes the initial Chicago Soldier Field concerts from July 3-5, as well as the Levi’s Stadium Santa Clara concerts on June 27 and 28.

Let’s Be Grateful For The Dead’s 50th Reunion

Starting on May 1st, the Dead webcasts will be available as a package for $79.99 via Dead50.net. They will be hosted by CNBC reporter Steve Liesman and feature special guest commentator Bill Walton, who is perhaps the most famous Deadhead. Set breaks will feature exclusive content like interviews and a documentary directed by Justin Kreutzmann.

The online broadcasts will also be available on demand if you can’t catch them live.
