Widespread Panic returned to the shores of Riviera Maya, Mexico last night, playing the third consecutive show of their Panic En La Playa destination event. The band has been vocal about not touring in 2017, instead focusing on small residencies and festival appearances. For many, Playa represents one of the few, full-fledged opportunities to spend some quality time rocking out with their favorite band. Fortunately, WSP has been delivering with energetic performances on nights one and two, and kept on rocking for night three.

Among the many highlights from night three was a run of songs starting with the letter “G” to open up the show, including “Glory,” “Greta,” “Good People,” and a cover of Jorma Kaukonen’s “Genesis.” Fortunately, thanks to MrTopDogger, we have some excellent footage of the final G entry, “Genesis” to share with you.
