The 7th annual Gasparilla Music Festival is going down March 10-11 in downtown Tampa, FL. On Saturday, March 10th, the festival will be headlined by legendary live performers The Roots, while multi-Grammy Award nominee Father John Misty will close the festival on Sunday, March 11th. The full festival experience will include over 40 bands on five stages, including Spoon, Warpaint, Hard Working Americans, Break Science Live Band, The Record Company, Mondo Cozmo, Cory Henry & the Funk Apostles, Chali 2na (Jurassic 5) & Naughty Professor, Nikki Lane, Billy Strings, The Cave Singers, KOLARS, The War & Treaty, Matt Woods & The Natural Disasters, The Ries Brothers, Eric Tessmer, Underhill Family Orchestra, Holey Miss Moley, Leisure Chief, Johnny Mile & The Kilometers, and many more.
The Gasparilla Music Festival is a non-profit event and serves as an immersive experience celebrating the best of Tampa culture: its food, music, fashion, art, and, of course, award-winning beer from Cigar City Brewing. In addition to live musical performances, the festival offers activities for families and features local artisans, aerialists, dancers, hair-braiders, crafters, drum circles, double dutch jumpers, pop-up performers, marching bands, and more. Each morning, Kids Fest takes place at the Glazer Children’s Museum where families can enjoy activities and music together. On March 11th, the award-winning Imagination Movers will perform, and the entire museum will be open to the public with free admission.
Early Bird tickets for the festival sold out in record time. Festival-goers are encouraged to get tickets in advance here.
