Following their last NYC show of 2018 at Prospect Park, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead delivered yet another heater to Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston, Massachusetts on Friday night. The energy was high from start to finish, as the quintet soared through two sets of Grateful Dead music. Guitarist Tom Hamilton had the honor of using Jerry Garcia‘s Wolf guitar for the duration of the show, marking his third experience with the legendary axe to date.

Hamilton made sure to make use of the opportunity by delivering the most major solos of the night, respectively, including stand-out moments during “Cumberland Blues”, “Morning Dew”, as well as the majority of the second set.

Thanks to photographer Kevin Cole, you can relive the glory in the photo gallery below.
