WinterWonderGrass Tahoe has unveiled the daily schedules for its 2024 event, set for April 5th–7th at the Palisades Resort in Olympic Valley, CA. Additionally, the boutique resort bluegrass festival has revealed its partner breweries for the return of the Taste of WonderGrass program.
The festival will kick off on Friday, April 5th with a headlining set from swaggering hybrid-country artist Paul Cauthen in addition to performances from The Lil Smokies, supergroup Mighty Poplar (ft. members of Punch Brothers, Watchhouse, and Leftover Salmon), Diggin Dirt, Shadowgrass, Pickin’ On The Dead, Clay Street Unit, Broken Compass Bluegrass, Cast Iron, and Caltucky.
WinterWonderGrass Tahoe will hit its midway stride on Saturday, April 6th with a top performance by progressive string trio The Devil Makes Three. Also on tap for Saturday are rising songstress Sierra Ferrell, festival party-starters Andy Frasco & The U.N., Lindsay Lou Band, Sam Grisman Project, the WinterWonderWomen superjam, Clay Street Unit, and additional sets from Mighty Poplar, Shadowgrass, and Broken Compass Bluegrass. Boot Juice will also perform a free show at Gold Coast from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. on Saturday.

Finally, WWG Tahoe will come to a close on Sunday with jamgrass luminaries The Infamous Stringdusters along with galaxy grass quartet Kitchen Dwellers, world-renowned mandolinist Sierra Hull, Pixie & The Partygrass Boys, Two Runner, Boot Juice, and returning sets by the WinterWonderWomen and Pickin’ On The Dead. Shadowgrass will play an additional free concert at Gold Coast from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. to kick off Sunday.
In addition to the extensive and well-rounded slate of artists, WinterWonderGrass Tahoe will also bring the Taste of WonderGrass program back to the mountain. The festival has partnered with ten local brewers, vintners, and more to provide attendees with free daily tastings (must be 21 years or older to sample alcoholic products). The newly expanded program will showcase beer, wine, spirits, CBD seltzers, and more from Kern River Brewing, Juneshine, Firestone Walker, Fifty Fifty Brewing, East Brother Beer, Dust Bowl Brewing Company, Barebottle Brewing Company, Good Wolf Brewing, Sacrament, Alibi Ale Works, Creek Water Botanicals, and the festival’s official beer sponsor Sierra Nevada Brewing, all of which are local California companies. Complimentary tastings will take place daily from 2–5 p.m. in the large heated Jamboree, Pickin’ Perch, and The Soap Box music tents. Learn more about Taste of WonderGrass here.
Tickets for WinterWonderGrass Tahoe 2024, including weekend passes and single-day tickets, are on sale here. The festival’s separately ticketed Grass After Dark late-night series will host performances by Sam Grisman and Pickin’ On The Dead (Friday), Diggin’ Dirt (Friday), The Infamous Stringdusters (Saturday), Kitchen Dwellers (Saturday), and Andy Frasco & The U.N. (Sunday). Tickets for the late-night shows will go on sale on Tuesday, February 20th.
