If you’re a fan of NBC’s ‘Parks and Recreation,’ you already know Leslie Knope and the gang have been hard at work on a ‘Unity Concert,’ that will be part of the show’s season finale.
Now, several other artists will join the lineup. In an interview with A.V. Club, the show’s executive producer Michael Shur, confirmed that indie rockers Yo La Tengo, as well as The Decemberists, Ginuwine and Letters to Cleo will join Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy in guest starring on the concert-themed final episode of the season.
According to Shur, Yo La Tengo will play the role of a Night Ranger cover band called ‘Bobby Knight Ranger.’
As we previously reported, Jeff Tweedy will play the former lead singer of local Pawnee band, Land Ho!
