Last night, at his Terrapin Crossroads venue in San Rafael, CA, Phil Lesh took a page from the Dark Star Orchestra playbook and recreated a storied concert in the Grateful Dead’s archive. The band worked through the Dead’s setlist from August 27, 1972, a concert used for the recently-released DVD Sunshine Daydream, from Veneta, OR.

The concert was screened for the first time last year, as part of a Grateful Dead Meet-Up At The Movies event, and subsequently released on DVD.

Phil’s ensemble for last night’s show included his son Grahame Lesh, as well as Stu Allen, Jeff Chimenti, Ezra Lipp, and Elliot Peck. The band worked through the classic show’s setlist, including renditions of “Playing In The Band,” “Sugar Magnolia,” and more. Check out the full setlist below:
